Shipping policy
Order deadlines, shipping speeds, transit times, and more
Here's some important things to know about shipping.

Need it sooner than later?

Please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm what you want is in stock today and so that we can review the daily cut-off times and delivery estimates for the shipping service you're interested in using. Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping method.

No Refunds Or Guarantees

Unfortunately there are NO REFUNDS for shipping charges, even if your package ships or arrives late. (This is why it's crucial that you contact us before placing your order so that we can ensure what you want is in stock, that we select the best shipping method for your address, and that we're going to be able to make the day's shipping cut-off deadline.)

Daily Order Cut-off Time

Orders for in-stock items placed before 9am Pacific Time (12pm Eastern Time) will typically ship out the same business day. Orders placed after this time for items we have in stock will typically ship the following business day. Please contact us before ordering to ensure the item you want is in stock today.

Shipping Days

We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

Time In Transit

How long your order takes to arrive depends on where you're located and the shipping method you choose. At checkout, our website may offer time-in-transit estimates based on your delivery ZIP Code. Note that these are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Where We Ship From

We're physically located in Mansfield, Texas. It's a town just in the center of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Some6 items ship from our clinic here. But there are some products that we arrange to have shipped directly to you from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor in order for the item to get into your hands as quickly as possible. If you're wanting to know the specific shipping location for any product, please contact us before placing your order and let us know where you're located.

Business Days

UPS does not count weekends or holidays as business days, so a UPS Next Day Air package that ships on Friday is not scheduled to be delivered until Monday (assuming Monday is not a holiday). Similarly, UPS 2nd Day Air packages that ship on Thursday would also not be scheduled to be delivered until the following Monday (assuming Monday is not a holiday).

USPS First Class & USPS Ground Advantage

This is the cheapest, but also the slowest and least reliable option available. Please note that delays with USPS First Class mail are not uncommon and we strongly recommend not selecting USPS First Class mail whenever possible. Note: USPS often does not scan your package until it arrives at your local post office, so you may not see any tracking information until that point. Note: We are unable to investigate the status of First Class packages or file insurance claims for lost packages until 30 days after the date your package shipped.

USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground

Like USPS First Class mail and USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground are not guaranteed services and delays are not uncommon.

Expedited Shipping Methods

Expedited shipping methods include USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select.

UPS Saturday Delivery

Depending on the timing and your ZIP Code, there may be options to have an UPS package arrive on a Saturday. Please contact us before placing your order to see if this option is available in your area and what the additional cost might be.

Sundays & Holidays

Neither UPS nor USPS deliver on Sundays or on major holidays.

Slowest, Standard, Faster, and Fastest

Depending on what items are in your shopping cart, you may see Slowest, Standard, Faster, and Fastest shipping options at check out. These are not guaranteed services, but these speeds are typically:

UPS Mail Innovations & FedEx Smart Post

Some orders shipped with "Standard" shipping use UPS Mail Innovations or FedEx Smart Post, which is a hybrid shipping service that combines UPS or FedEx with the US Postal Service. The package starts with UPS or FedEx and then is handed to your local post office for the actual delivery. These packages typically take 7 to 10 business days and often do not see tracking number updates or scans until the day of the delivery.

USPS Delivery Changes

Once a USPS package ships, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery. As the package recipient, your local post office may be able to assist you directly. Click here for the phone number of your local post office.

UPS Delivery Changes

Once a UPS package ships, they can sometimes do a Delivery Intercept whereby they can change the delivery location or change the scheduled delivery date while the package is still en route. UPS will charge you a fee for this service, which is currently $17.60 (subject to change).

Hawaii and Alaska

Please note, USPS First Class and USPS Ground Advantage packages can take upwards of 4 weeks or longer to arrive to addresses in Hawaii and Alaska.
